Join local celebrity chef, Chef Ace Champion, for a Garden cooking demonstration! He’ll prepare a 2-course meal with some audience participation and everyone will enjoy a light tasting.

• Stuffed Jamaican Jerk Chicken with a Mango Rum Sauce: Chicken-Jamaican rum-seasoned wild rice-asiago-mango
• Sweet Potato Bread Pudding Classic New Orleans Bread Pudding infused with creamy sweet potatoes and coconut milk topped with a Coconut whiskey cream sauce.
