Freezefest – Friday Night Perch and Brisket Dinner
February 3 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
- Hand breaded, deep fried perch with tartar sauce, rye bread & an onion slice
- Wisconsin Onion Brisket – smoked 12 hours over oak, smothered in French onion soup & bourbon
- Garlic baby red potatoes
- Calico baked beans
- Creamy coleslaw
There will be two serving times – 5:30 – 6:14 and 6:15 – 7:30. You may arrive at anytime during the serving time noted for the ticket you purchase.
