Tree Lighting Ceremony & Ice Rink Grand Opening

The Howard Commons Tree Lighting Ceremony & Ice Rink Grand Opening will kick off at 6 p.m. Nov. 20 and will feature musical performances by local youth, a tree lighting ceremony, Biergarten beverages, food trucks, and the opening of the ice rink for the season.
Activities include:
- A community tree lighting ceremony. Bring an ornament to place on the outdoor Howard Commons holiday tree. Ornaments can be handmade, in memory of a loved one, or simply something special from you and your family. (Note: Ornaments will not be returned.)
- Music by the Meadowbrook Elementary choir and the Bay Port High School band
- Ice skating with the St. Norbert Women’s Hockey Team. Lace up your skates and experience the thrill of ice skating this winter! The grand opening of the ice rink will begin at 6:45 pm. Admission is $6, and skate rentals are $3.
- Beverages in the Biergarten. We are excited to release our new winter beer and wine menu!
- Grab a specialty drink from the ADRC Grounded on the Go truck, or save your appetite for the Scrapyard Smokers food truck.
