Plastic Surgery & Skin Specialists by BayCare Clinic is hosting the 10th annual BRAs of the Bay event to help raise awareness about breast reconstruction rights for breast cancer patients. Federal law mandates coverage of breast reconstruction surgery for most mastectomy patients.
