Join this group class for a targeted intention and gong meditation designed to align you to your self-worth and self-love. In each class, we will focus on a unique intention using a brief guided meditation and the gong.

Dress comfortably. Bring mat, pillow, eye pillow, and blanket. The floor is hard – bring two yoga mats if you can!
