Mindfulness, Meditation, & Movement

Explore various meditation methods to establish a practice at home that is suited to your individual needs. Various breathing exercises will be demonstrated and added to these meditation methods.

While bringing meditation and breathing together, we will use these practices to stimulate mindfulness of our movements and actions.
