For over fifty years, actor, musician, and TV and radio personality Parker Drew has delighted audiences across the United States with his portrayal of America’s greatest author and humorist Mark Twain. “Mark Twain Revisited ” has toured to 39 states and the US Virgin Islands in over 500 performances. In 1995, Mr. Drew gave his first performance as America’s most beloved stage and film actor, radio personality, and newspaper columnist Will Rogers, arguably the second greatest humorist in US history. It was no surprise then, that in 2015, Mr. Drew combined these two performances into “The Twain Shall Meet”, portraying both Twain and Rogers in one theatrical production. It is a comedy, and acting, tour-de-force, that offers the audience the opportunity to “meet” these two great historic figures, whose observations on the human condition are as funny…and true…as when they were first presented over 100 years ago.
